Great job!

We don’t technically have a storefront, but we love when people stop by our studio to check out shoes. Today, we’ve had three separate groups of customers come in so far:

— a really lovely bride ordering custom robin-blue heels for her wedding.

— a wonderful mother/daughter duo who made the long drive from Spanaway, WA to try on shoes, and then stayed to chat with us about their very interesting lives. After much deliberation, they settled on a pair of comforts in the Day at the Races design, but in the color scheme of Honey I’m Home and using the text of Tennyson’s “The Lady of Shallot”. When we say we’re happy to customize, we mean it!

— Ruby, who brought us a big bunch of balloons (one of which says “GREAT JOB!”) to match the Rainbow Warrior comforts she was picking up, because she was so excited to get them.

Thanks, Ruby!

Great job, indeed. Please remind me never to complain about lack of sleep or long hours. It’s all 100% worth it. Also, please stop by our studio if you’re in town! Hey, you might even get blogged about.

We’re almost always in from 10am until 5pm on weekdays, but a quick call or email before would be great.

Wow! Wish I could curl up in a corner and watch all the activity!
But you can still complain about a lack of sleep. That’s a “must have”!
